Palm Oil, Wheat Flour, Modified Tapioca Starch, Sugar, Milk Powder, Cornstarch, Salt, Monosodium Glutamate, Cheese Blend [Cheddar (Milk, Salt, Enzymes), Gouda (Milk, Salt, Enzymes)], Autolyzed Yeast Extract, Onion Powder, Monoglycerides, Soy Lecithin, Kelp Extract, Spices, Disodium Guanylate, Onion Paste, Fermented Wheat Seasoning (Wheat Flour, Malted Rice), Mushroom Paste (Palm Oil, Onion, Mushroom),Vegetable Bouillon (Onion, Carrot, Celery),Citric Acid, Vegetable Paste (Onion, Carrot, Leek, Tomato), Natural and Artificial Flavor, Mixed Tocopherols and Sodium Ascorbate (Preservative), Caramel (Coloring).
Directions
(8 Servings). 1 box House Kokumaro Stew Cream Sauce Mix Chicken or Pork (2/3 lb., 300 g), 2 medium onions (1 lb., 400 g), 2 medium potatoes (2/3 lb., 300 g), 1 medium carrot (1/2 lb., 200 g), 3-1/3 cups water (800 ml. 27 fl. oz.), 1-1/4 cups milk (approx. 300 ml, 10 fl. oz.) 1) Cut chicken or pork, onions, potatoes and carrot into bite size. Saute in saucepan until lightly browned. 2) Add 3-1/3 cups (800 ml, 27 fl. oz.) water and bring to boil. Cook over Low to Medium heat for about 15 minutes, or until tender. 3) Remove from heat. Break stew cream sauce mix into pieces and add to saucepan. Cook over Low heat for about 5 minutes, or until sauce thickens. Add 1-1/4 cups (approx. 300 ml, 10 fl. oz.) milk and cook over Low Heat for about 5 minutes. If you do not want the potatoes to break into pieces, skip step 1 and add them after other vegetables are tender at step 2 and cook 10 minutes longer. When using a half packet, reduce amount of the ingredients indicated on the package by half and add 2 Cups (approx. 450 ml, 15 fl. oz.) of water. Black spots found on the sauce mix are onion paste and mushroom paste. Keep refrigerated in airtight container after opening.
