Just like Mama Ortega, Emilio took great pride in the food he prepared and focused on providing the highest quality peppers to create the very best salsas and chiles.

Fiesta Flats: Whole Grain Yellow Corn Flour, Palm Oil, Salt. Taco Sauce: Tomato Puree (water, Tomato Paste), Water, Corn Syrup, Distilled Vinegar, Salt, Modified Corn Starch, Spices, Paprika, Citric Acid, Green Chili Powder, Sodium Benzoate (to Preserve Freshness), Xanthan Gum, Onion Powder. Taco Seasoning: Yellow Corn Flour, Salt, Maltodextrin, Paprika, Spices, Modified Corn Starch, Sugar, Garlic Powder, Citric Acid, Yeast Extract, Natural Flavor, Silicon Dioxide.
Directions
For great tasting Fiesta Flats tacos you will need: 1 lb ground beef; 1 packet Ortega taco seasoning mix (included); 3/4 cup water; Shredded lettuce & diced tomatoes; shredded cheese; Ortega fire roasted diced green chiles; Ortega taco sauce (included). (1) Brown beef; drain. Stir in water and seasoning mix. Heat until thickened, stirring often. (2) Remove taco shell from plastic wrap. Bake shells in a preheated 350 degrees F oven for 3 to 4 minutes or microwave on high 40-60 seconds. Do not prepare taco shells in toaster oven. (3) Fill taco shells with meat mixture and toppings. Store unused taco shells in airtight plastic bag or container.
Just add meat & toppings.
