Made with real coconut & honey. Growing up in Nigeria I often enjoyed a creamy and delicious snack of boiled corn and fresh coconut. Since moving to the States I fell in love with American cornbread. Ingredients
Yellow Non-gmo Corn Meal, Cane Sugar, Coconut Flour, Dehydrated Honey, Cassava Flour, Tapioca Flour, Baking Powder (sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Cornstarch, Monocalcium Phosphate), Salt
Directions
How to Use? You'll Need: 1 bag cornbread mix; 2 eggs; 1-1/2 cups milk; 1/3 cup oil or melted butter. Instructions: 1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F. 2. Whisk all ingredients together in a medium size bowl. 3. Pour batter into 8 x 8 inch square pan or 12 cup muffin pan. 4. Bake for 45 minutes for loaf, or 25 minutes for muffins.
Iya's Tip: Use coconut oil and coconut milk for a more coconutty flavor.
Store in airtight container at room temperature.
