Cooking Directions: Stove Top: In a saucepan, bring 3/4 cup water to a boil. Add frozen brussels sprouts. Stir gently until water returns to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 8-10 minutes or until tender. Avoid overcooking. Drain and season to taste. Microwave: Place frozen brussels sprouts and 2 tablespoon of water into a 2-quart microwave-safe container. Cover and microwave on high 9 minutes, stirring once during cooking. Let stand covered 4 minutes. Season to taste, stir and serve. (Cooking times and settings may vary depending on model of microwave. Please consult the manufacturer’s instructions). Keep frozen until ready to use. Do not refreeze.
