Cooking Directions: Stovetop: In a saucepan, put frozen corn and sufficient water to cover. Bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 4-7 minutes or until tender. Avoid overcooking. Drain and season to taste. Microwave: Place frozen corn and 1/2 cup water into a large microwave-safe container. Cover and microwave on high 7 minutes, rotating ears once during cooking. Let stand, covered, 4 minutes. Season to taste, stir and serve. (Because microwaves and stove-tops vary, adjusting cook times and heat settings may be required). Not ready to eat. For food safety, cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Keep frozen until ready to use. Do not freeze.
