Cook noodles according to package directions; Drain, rinse in cold water; Drain; Toss with oil. Brown ground beef; Drain. Add pasta sauce; Cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Place cream cheese and sour cream in medium bowl, whisk until smooth and creamy. Add cottage cheese, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, basil and garlic powder. Stir until blended. Grease a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Spread 1/2 the meat sauce on the bottom of each pan. Spread 1/2 the noodles over sauce. Place cheese mix over noodles. Add remaining noodles over cheese mix. Top with remaining meat sauce and mozzarella cheese. Bake for 1 hour or until center of casserole is above 160°f. Fc = food club brand
