Prep Time: 10 minutes., Cook Time: 15 minutes., Makes 6 servings., You Will Need, 1 pkg. McCormick Seasoning & Sauce Mix, 1 lb. lean ground beef, 1/3 cup water, 2 Tbsp. oil, 2 cups milk, Directions, 1. Cut open pouch #1 for Sauce Mix first. Pour contents into small bowl. Set aside., 2. Cut open pouch #2 for Seasoning Mix second. Pour contents into large bowl. Add beef and water; mix until well blended. Shape into 1-1/2-inch meatballs., 3. Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add meatballs; cook 8 minutes or until cooked through, turning frequently. Remove meatballs; drain fat., 4. Stir milk and reserved Sauce Mix into skillet. Stirring frequently, simmer on medium heat until sauce comes to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 1 minute or until thickened. Add meatballs to sauce; cook until heated through. Serve over cooked noodles or rice, if desired., To Bake Meatballs: Prepare meatballs as directed. Bake in foil-lined shallow baking pan in preheated 375°F oven 12 minutes or until cooked through.
