Sweet Sesame Sauce: Water, Sugar, Soy Sauce (water, Hydrolyzed Salt, Caramel Color, Lactic Acid, Potassium Sorbate [ Preservative]), Modified Corn Starch, Rice Vinegar, Contains 2% Or Less Of; Pineapple, Carrots, Red Bell Peppers, Toasted Sesame Seeds, Sesame Oil, Pineapple Juice, Ginger Puree (ginger, High Fructose Corn Syrup), Salt, Dried Garlic, Caramel Color, Spices, Citric Acid. Noodles; Enriched Semolina (wheat Semolina, Ferrous Sulfate, Niacin, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid).
Directions
Inside this Box: 1 can pineapple and red peppers in a sweet sesame sauce; 1 packet pre-measured noodles. You Will Need: 1 lb thawed boneless, skinless chicken breast (cut into 1/2 inch pieces); 2 tbsp pure vegetable oil (for cooking chicken); 2-1/2 cups water. Ready in 22 minutes. Stove Top Skillet: For non-coated skillets; spray skillet with cooking spray or add one tablespoon vegetable oil before preparing. 1. Cut 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast into 1/2 inch pieces. Heat 10-inch nonstick skillet over Medium-High heat. Add 2 tablespoons vegetable oil to skillet. Add chicken and cook 6 to 7 minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Remove chicken from skillet; set aside. 2. Add 2-1/2 cups water and noodle packet; bring to boil. Cook 10 to 11 minutes or until water has evaporated, stirring occasionally. 3. Stir in sauce and cooked chicken. Heat 1 minute or until warmed. Remove from heat. Let stand 3 minutes. 4. Check that product is cooked thoroughly. Internal temperature needs to reach 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer. Refrigerate or discard any unused portion. For food safety and quality: Use thawed chicken.
