You Will Need: 1 lb thawed boneless, skinless chicken breast (cut into 1/2 inch pieces); 2 tbsp pure vegetable oil (for cooking chicken); 2-1/2 cups water. Ready in 22 minutes. Stove Top Skillet: For non-coated skillets; spray skillet with cooking spray or add one tablespoon vegetable oil before preparing. 1. Cut 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast into 1/2 inch pieces.
