Cook to an internal temperature of at least 165°F check product temperature using a food thermometer.
Microwave:
The following cooking preparation was developed on a 1000-watt microwave oven. Adjustment in cooking time may be required.
1. Cook on high for 7 to 9 minutes.
2. Remove from microwave and let stand 1 minute before serving.
Conventional oven:
Remove product and place on an oven safe dish and cook for 15-20 minutes.
Cautions: Container and contents are hot, use caution. Maximum oven temperature 375°F. Do not prepare in toaster oven. Keep frozen until ready to use. Cook thoroughly before eating. Do not re-freeze.
