Enriched Flour (Wheat Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Corn Meal, Sugar, Cheese (Cheddar Cheese [Pasteurized Milk, Salt, Cheese Culture, Enzymes], Salt, Lactic Acid, Natural Flavors), Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Leavening (Sodium Bicarbonate, Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Corn Starch, Monocalcium Phosphate), Jalapenos, Salt, Natural Orange Color.
You Will Need: 1 box Firenza Corn Bread Mix; 1 cup milk; 2 eggs; 1/2 cup oil or melted butter. Pan Baking: 1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Stir milk, eggs, oil and mix together until moistened, about 30 seconds. 3. Pour batter into greased 8 x 8 inch or 9 x 13 inch pan. 4. Bake 23-28 minutes in 8 x 8 pan, 13-17 minutes in 9 x 13 pan. 5. Remove from oven. Let bread cool before serving. Muffin Baking: Standard Muffins: Prepare as directed above. Spoon batter into 12 standard muffin cups, about 2/3 full. Bake at 350 degrees F for 16-20 minutes. Jumbo Muffins: Prepare as directed above. Spoon batter into 6 jumbo muffin cups, about 2/3 full. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20-24 minutes. Mini Muffins: Prepare as directed above. Spoon batter into 24 mini muffin cups, about 3/4 full. Bake at 350 degrees F for 13-17 minutes. High Altitude; Add 2 teaspoons all-purpose flour at step 2 of baking instructions above.
