Our Wholesome Ingredients: Gluten Free Oat Flour, Brown Sugar, Cinnamon Flaxseed Meal, Baking Soda, Baking Powder, Sea Salt.
What You Need: 3 medium bananas (if super ripe, use 2). 1 tbsp maple syrup (can sub agave or honey). 2 Tbsp of non dairy milk (can sub milk of choice). 2 Tbsp melted coconut oil (can sub canola oil, avocado oil, butter, yogurt). Instructions: (1) Preheat the oven 350 degrees F and grease pans. (2) Whisk bananas, oil, milk, and syrup together until smooth. (3) Stir in the dry mix until just combined, and pour batter into pan. For a Loaf: Standard loaf pan (9 Inch x 5 Inch): Bake for 50-60 minutes. For Muffins: Standard 12-count muffin pan: Bake for 30-40 minutes.
Storage: We recommend storing your baked breads in the refrigerator for up to 7 days that is if you're not diving in right away! For long-term storage, keep them in the freezer for up to 6 months.
