Barramundi, cane sugar, corn starch, dehydrated vegetables (garlic and onion, tomato, sun dried tomato, red bell pepper, chive), natural butter flavor, sea salt, sweet cream solids, tapioca maltodextrin, spices, citric acid, xanthan gum, and extractive of turmeric.
Directions
Cooking Instructions: Bake directly from frozen-no need to thaw! Achieve the best results in the oven. Microwave or stovetop are not recommended. 1. Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees F. 2. Remove frozen fish wrapper and place on a foil-lined baking sheet. 3. Bake for 22-24 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
Complete your dish with a side of pearl couscous or farro. Add pan-seared cherry tomatoes and squash slices to the same baking sheet. Saute a quick side of spinach and garlic, and finish with a squeeze of lemon.
