Barramundi, aged shoyu (soy sauce: water, soy beans, wheat, salt), evaporated cane juice (unrefined sugar), saké (rice wine), water, rice vinegar, ginger root, garlic, red pepper, spices.
Directions
Cooking Instructions: Bake directly from frozen - no need to thaw! Achieve the best results in the oven. Microwave or stovetop are not recommended. 1. Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees F. 2. Remove frozen fish from wrapper and place on a foil-lined baking sheet. 3. Bake for 20-22 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Bake - 425 degrees F for 20-22 minutes.
Complete Your Meal - Complement your dish with a light and crisp cabbage-carrot salad. Add lightly olive oil-dressed broccolini to the same baking sheet. Saute a side of baby bok choy and top with thinly-sliced scallions.
