Organic Textured Pea Protein, Organic Chili Pepper, Organic Garlic, Organic Tomato Powder (organic Tomato Concentrate, Organic Guar Gum), Organic Onion, Sea Salt, Organic Cumin, Organic Rice Concentrate, Organic Oregano, Organic Cayenne, Organic Yeast Extract, Organic Mushroom, Citric Acid.
Directions
You Will Need: 2 tbsp. oil (sunflower, vegetable, canola, etc.) 2 cups cool water. 15 oz can tomato sauce. 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes, undrained. 15 oz. can kidney beans, drained. 4 qt saucepan or stockpot. Countdown to Wow: 5. Stir seasoned crumbles into water. Let soak 3 minutes. 4. Heat oil in pan over medium heat for 1-2 minutes. 3. Add seasoned crumbles and water mixture to pan. Cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally until moisture is absorbed. 2. Add tomato sauce, diced tomatoes and beans. Bring to a boil. 1. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 10 minutes, Stir occasionally. Cheers!

Instacart pickup cost:
- There may be a "pickup fee" (equivalent to a delivery fee for pickup orders) on your pick up order that is typically $1.99 for non-Instacart+ members. Instacart+ membership waives this like it would a delivery fee.
- Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.

You can set item and delivery instructions in advance, as well as chat directly with your shopper while they shop and deliver your items. You can tell the shopper to:
- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
