Heating Instructions: Microwave: 1. Get Ready: Pour potatoes into provided tray or microwave-safe bowl. Cover with moist paper towel. 2. Heat: Heat for 2 minutes. Remove from microwave, stir, and heat for additional 1-2 minutes. Caution: Tray and contents will be hot. 3. Enjoy: Remove from microwave, stir, and serve. Hot Water Bath: 1. Get Ready: Fill pot with enough water to submerge pouch. Bring water to boil. 2. Heat: Turn heat down to medium-high and carefully add carefully add carefully add pouch to hot water. Cover pot with lid and heat for 6-8 minutes. 3. Let Cool: Remove pouch with tongs and let cool for 1-2 minutes. Caution: Pouch will be hot. 4. Enjoy: Cut pouch with scissors and carefully disperse potatoes onto serving plates. Ok to freeze. Defrost in fridge for minimum 12 hours, then follow heating instructions.
