Pre-cooked, just heat & serve.
Refrigerate after opening. Use by date on package. Do not freeze.
Cut into 1/2 - inch rounds or wedges. Heat in microwave for 60-90 seconds, bake at 375F for 15 minutes, or pan-fry over medium heat with a splash of olive oil. Serve with your favorite toppings. For creamy polenta, cut into cubes and mash in a pot, add chicken broth or milk, and cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until desired consistency. Serve with meat sauce or as a side dish.
