Feeding Instructions: These are recommended guidelines that should be adjusted as needed to obtain optimum weight. Provide a bowl of fresh, clean water for your pet at all times. Adult Dog Weight: 5 lbs: 3/4 cup to feed per day. 10 lbs: 1-1/4 cups to feed per day. 20 lbs: 2 cups to feed per day. 30 lbs: 2-3/4 cups to feed per day. 40 lbs: 3-1/2 cups to feed per day. 60 lbs: 4-1/2 cups to feed per day. 80 lbs: 5-3/4 cups to feed per day. 100 lbs and Over: 6-3/4 cups plus 1/2 additional cup per 10 lbs of weight over 100 lbs to feed per day. Using 8 oz dry measuring cup. Be sure to provide plenty of fresh, clean water daily. Adult Dogs: Adult dogs with normal activity may be fed once daily. Depending on your dog's age and activity, serving sizes may vary slightly from the recommended daily feeding guide portions. For pregnant and lactating females, feed daily up to 3 times the amount suggested for their non-pregnant weight. Weaning Puppies: Start puppies on Dad's Natural Chunx Dog Food as soon as they begin to chew on solid food, usually at 3-4 weeks of age. Allow them to eat as much as they want until fully weaned (six to eight weeks of age). To feed moistened, mix 1/4 cupful of water to 2 cupfuls of Dad's Natural Chunx Dog Food.
