Storage & Thawing Instructions: Storage: 1. Keep scallops frozen until ready to use. Upon thawing, scallops should be refrigerated immediately. Thawing: Quick Thaw: Remove scallops from packaging. Place in a plastic bag and seal. Place bag in a bowl of cold water for 30 minutes. Cook immediately after thawing. Overnight Thaw: Remove scallops from packaging. Place frozen scallops in a tray. Cover with plastic and thaw in refrigerator overnight.

Keep frozen. Do not refreeze once thawed.

- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
