Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Some food product may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly. For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions. Keep refrigerated or frozen, thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
Place bag on pan. Remove all labels from cook-in-bag. Cooks in One Hour. Preheat: 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. No need to thaw ribs. Do not microwave. Do not remove product from bag. 2. Peel: Remove all labels from cooking bag and place bag meat side up (this side down) on a baking sheet that’s the length of the bag. 3. Vent: Cut a small opening (no more than 1/4 inch) in the center of the top side of the bag opposite this side. 4. Bake: Bake on center oven rack for one hour adding 5 minutes for each additional bag of ribs you cook. Bag will balloon while cooking. Cooking time is the same fresh or frozen. 5. Rest: Remove from oven and let product rest in bag for 10 minutes. 6. Enjoy: Remove ribs from bag, allow and serve. Cook in bag. Do not remove product from bag.
