Stove top: Place desired amount of frozen squash in ¼ cup of rapidly boiling water. Return water to a boil, stirring gently. Microwave: WHOLE BAG: Remove contents from bag and place in 2 quart microwave-safe bowl. Add 2 tablespoons of water, cover, and cook on HIGH for 5-6 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking.
