1. Remove tray from the carton and peel back one corner of the seal for venting during heating.
2. Place tray in microwave and heat for 30 seconds.
3. Carefully peel to remove the seal from the entire tray and discard.
4. Stir contents thoroughly and test temperature before serving.
Hot Water Instructions:
1. Remove tray from carton, and do not remove seal.
2. Immerse sealed tray in hot (not boiling) water for 5-10 minutes.
3. Carefully remove tray from water and peel to remove the seal from the entire tray and discard.
