Preparation Guide: Cooking Instructions: Cooking appliances may vary, the following are guidelines only. For best results oven cook from frozen. Important: Internal temperature of fish should reach 145 degrees F. Use caution as product will be hot. Oven from Frozen: Preheat the oven to 430 degrees F/convection 390 degrees F. Remove portion from all packaging and wrap loosely in aluminum foil. Place into the oven on a preheated baking tray and allow to cook for 30-35 minutes or until internal temperature has reached 145 degrees F. Air-fryer from Frozen: Preheat air fryer to 390 degrees F. Remove fish from all packaging. Spray your tray with cooking spray. Place fish onto the tray. Cook for 13-14 minutes or until internal temperature has reached 145 degrees F. From thawed: as above, but cook for 7-9 minutes or until internal temperature has reached 145 degrees F. Microwave from Frozen: Remove outer packaging and pierce pouch several times. Place the pouch onto a microwaveable plate. Cook for 3 minutes on high or until internal temperature has reached 145 degrees F. Stand for 1 minute before serving. Take care when opening this product as there may be a build-up of steam. Frying Pan from Defrost: Preheat a teaspoon of oil in a frying pan. Place the fish portion on a medium temperature and fry for 12-15 minutes or until internal temperature has reached 145 degrees F, turning halfway through cooking time.
Keep frozen. Storage Instructions: Store in freezer. Consume before Best If Used By Date. If defrosting, please pierce the pouch, defrost in a refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight, and use within 24 hours. If defrosted do not refreeze.
