Stove Top Cooking Instruction: Servings 2: Arrowhead Mills steel cut oats: 2/3 cup; 1-1/3 cup water; dash, salt (Optional). Stove Top Cooking Instruction: Servings 4: Arrowhead Mills steel cut oats: 1-1/3 cup; 2-2/3 cup water; 1/2 tsp, salt (Optional). Boil: Water and add oats. When in reaches a boil, reduce to low, cover and cook for 10-12 minutes or until desired texture is reached. Stir occasionally.
