Mona experienced delights from across the globe as a diplomat's daughter, yet she always treasured her mom's traditional cooking rich in flavors, textures, and aromas. As a full-time working mom of three, Mona also wanted to cook traditional dishes for her family, but found she just didn't have the time for the meal prep that's required, so she created Mona's Curryations. It's all in the bag! Creamy cheese cubes in a pureed spinach with fenugreek and traditional aromatic spices like cumin and garam masala are all mixed in and ready for you to cook. Warm up the naan and enjoy this restaurant inspired meal right at home!


Ingredients

Entree: Water, Spinach, Paneer (Pasteurized Milk, Acetic Acid, May Contain Lactic Acid, Salt), Low Fat Yogurt (Cultured Pasteurized Reduced Fat or Low-Fat Milk, Active Yogurt Cultures, May Contain Food Starch, Nonfat Milk Solids), Canola Oil, Tomato Puree (Tomatoes, Citric Acid), Spices, Fried Onions [Onions, Vegetable Oil (May Contain Canola, Soybean, or Corn Oil, & Corn Flour)], Salt, Turmeric, Garlic Powder. Naan: Wheat Flour, Water, Vegetable Oil/Sunflower Oil, Milk, Sugar, Yeast, Salt, Baking Powder (Sodium Bicarbonate). May Also Contain Corn Oil, Tartaric Acid and Yeast.


Directions

Cook thoroughly. Cooking Instructions: Stove Top: Defrost Entree in a microwavable safe bowl or overnight in the refrigerator. Empty contents into a stove top pan, mix, and cover pot. Cook on low to medium heat for 10 to 12 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cook to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F, as measured by a food thermometer. Enjoy with Naan bread (included). Also, rice, a squirt of lemon, and a pat of butter are optional. Defrost Entree in a microwavable safe bowl or overnight in the refrigerator. Empty contents into Multi-cooker and lock lid. Select Manual/Pressure Cook mode, adjust time to 12 minutes, and press Start. Follow with a Quick release. Cook entrée to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F, as measured by a food thermometer. Enjoy with Naan bread (included). Also, rice, a squirt of lemon, and a pat of butter are optional. For the Naan bread: Remove Naan from bag and warm in a toaster, toaster oven, or in the oven at 400 degrees F for 1 to 2 minutes. Serve hot and glaze with butter if desired.
