As I became busier with my career, I had trouble fitting baking into my schedule without some extra shortcuts in the kitchen. Almond Flour Erythritol Butter Cocoa Powder Chocolate Chips (erythritol, Chocolate Liquor, Cocoa Butter) Eggs Tapioca Fiber Arrowroot Powder Sea Salt Natural Flavor Baking Soda Monkfruit Extract
Makes 12 double chocolate cookies. Heat oven to 350 F. Place cookies 2 inch apart on a baking sheet (roll cookies into round balls if needed). Bake for 12-14 minutes, or until the edges on the bottom start to brown. Note: Cookies will still look and feel like dough but will firm up to the right consistency after 10 minutes of cooling. Remove and let cool completely before enjoying. These cookies are best enjoyed at room temperature (trust us ). Do not eat raw dough.
Storage Instructions: Keep refrigerated.
