Pancakes: Ingredients (Ensure all recipe ingredients are gluten free and non-GMO by referencing the ingredient labels, as products may vary. If uncertain, contact the ingredient manufacturer): 3/4 cup Arrowhead Mills oat flour pancake & waffle mix, 1 tbsp sugar (optional), 1/3 cup water, 1 egg, 2 tbsp oil. Directions: 1. Pre-heat griddle to 375 degrees F, coat lightly with vegetable oil. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine pancake mix, sugar, water, egg, and oil. Mix to combine and remove lumps. Your batter may be slightly lumpy. Let batter stand for 3 minutes. 3. Pour batter onto hot griddle, about 1/4 cup for each pancake. 4. Cook pancakes 1-1/2 to 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Makes about 6-4.5 inch pancakes.
