Unbleached Enriched Flour (wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Water, Sour Culture, Contains 2% Or Less Of: Salt, Semolina, Cultured Wheat Starch, Yeast, Enzymes.
Directions
Baking Instructions: Preheat conventional oven to 375 degrees F. Remove all outside packaging. Place bread directly on center oven rack. If bread is room temperature, bake 8-10 minutes, or until crust is golden brown. If bread is frozen, bake 10-12 minutes, or until crust is golden brown. Allow bread to cool before enjoying. Baker's Notes: For a crispier crust, bake at max time. All ovens vary; adjust baking times as necessary. Store any unbaked bread in a sealed plastic bag ad freeze in a sealed plastic bag and freeze for later use.
