Sugar, Active Dry Yeast, Enriched Flour (Bleached Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Salt and Mono-and Diglycerides


Directions

All You Need: 1 package Fleischmann's Hot Roll Mix - 2 packets Fleischmann's Yeast (included); 1 cup very warm water (120 degrees to 130 degrees F); 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened; 1 egg. 1. Combine contents of box and both yeast packets in large bowl; stir to blend. 2. Add water, butter and egg; stir until dough pulls away from side of bowl. 3. Knead on lightly floured surface until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. To knead, fold dough over towards you; push down and away with palms of hands. Rotate one quarter turn; repeat. If dough is sticky, knead in additional 4 to 6 tablespoons all-purpose flour. 4. Shape as desired. Pan Rolls: Grease one 13 x 9-inch or two 8-inch round pan(s). Evenly divide and shape dough into 16 smooth balls; place, evenly spaced, in pan(s). Cloverleaf Rolls: Grease twelve 2-1/2 inch muffin cups. Evenly divide and shape dough into 36 (1-inch) balls; place 3 balls in each muffin cup. 5. Cover and let rise in a warm, draft-free place until doubled in size (about 30 to 45 minutes). Tip: For optimal rising, set the baking sheet or muffin pan with the rolls on a wire rack over a large bowl filled halfway with hot tap water. 6. Bake at 400 degrees F for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from pan; cool on wire rack. Variations: White Bread Loaf: Makes 1 loaf. Prepare as directed. After kneading, form dough to fit greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. Cover; let rise in warm, draft-free place until doubled, about 30 to 45 minutes. Bake at 400°F for 30 to 35 minutes or until done. Remove from pan; cool on wire rack. Easy Stir-In Ideas for Rolls or Loaf: Prepare as directed, adding any one of the following before mixing: 1 teaspoon Italian herb seasoning; 1 tablespoon instant minced onion. High Altitude (over 3,500 feet): Prepare dough as directed, increasing rising time to 40 minutes. Bake rolls and loaf at 425 degrees F. Bake 15 to 20 minutes for rolls; 30 to 35 minutes for loaf.
