Thawing instructions: Place in a covered container in the refrigerator for 5-8 hours or overnight. You can enjoy eating chilled or follow the heating instructions below. To preserve quality, avoid thawing by heating. Heat from thaw instructions: steam: add an inch of water to a large pot and bring water to a boil. Reduce to medium heat, place a steam basket containing the crab in the pot and cover. Steam for 4-6 minutes or until crab is thoroughly heated. Broil: set oven to broil, add crab clusters to a baking sheet, and broil for 4-5 minutes or until crab is thoroughly heated. Optional: brush with garlic butter before placing in the oven for extra flavor. Bake: preheat oven to 400°f.
