This bread has a Smooth, well-rounded flavor perfect for all times of day. Great bread starts with the best ingredients and all natural sourdough starter. This is why we at Izzio collaborated with our local farmers and millers to create a custom flour made from wheat we can trace back to the farm. This is how we know our flour is pure, with out GMO's, and without any unnecessary enrichment of additives. Using methods that are thousands of years oil, we use our custom flour to nurture each of out mother starters resulting in loaves of bread that have multiple layers of flavor. Our tradition baking and fermentation methods also help break down the gluten enabling the body to absord more nutrients and promote good gut health. We believe that baking great bread takes time and care so that every loaf can be healthy and delicious. Please enjoy.

Handling Instruction: Since our bread is baked without preservatives, we recommend enjoying within a few days purchase. If you need more time, we offer there suggestions: Store the bread on your counter in the plastic bag seal in freshness for several days. if you need more time, we recommend freezing. Freeze your loaf in this bag for up to one month from date of purchase. We recommend not refrigerating your bread. Thaw bread at room temperature or place frozen slice directly in toaster or even. Do not refreeze loaf after thawing. Refresh the bread in a toaster or oven to bring back the baked fresh goodness. Very dry bread can be re-hydrated by dabbing water on the crumb before refreshing.
