Directions

Thawing Instructions: To Properly Thaw: Place bag of shrimp overnight in the refrigerator or empty desired amount into a container of cool water for approximately 5 minutes. Drain and use in your favorite recipe. Do not force thaw under running water. Cooking Instructions: Grill or Broil: Brush thawed shrimp with oil. Cook on grill or broil for 1-2 minutes each side. Stovetop: in a large skillet, heat 1-2 tbsp oil or butter over mediurn heat. Add thawed shrimp and your favorite seasoning. Stir occasionally, about 3 minutes until shrimp are opaque. Boil: In a large pot, bring two quarts of salted water to a boil. Add thawed shrimp, return to a boil. Simmer gently 2-3 minutes until shrimp are opaque. Drain and rinse with cold water before serving. Must be cooked to a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees F.

Keep frozen. Store at 0 degree F. Do not refreeze.
