Sweet Potatoes, Vegetable Oil (Contains One or More of the Following Oils: Canola, Soybean, Cottonseed, Sunflower, Corn), Corn Starch - Modified Potato Starch – Modified, Contains 2% or Less of Brown Sugar, Corn Fiber, Dextrin, Extractive of Paprika (Color), Extractive of Turmeric (Color), Leavening (Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate), Pea Fiber, Rice Flour, Salt, Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate Added to Maintain Color, Sugar, Xanthan Gum.
Preparation: Pour out desired portion. Close bag and seal with a rubber, clip, or store in a resealable freezer bag and return to the freezer. Cooking Instructions: Oven: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Spread frozen fries in a single layer on a dark, nonstick baking sheet or shallow baking pan. Place in oven and bake for 12 minutes, flip product over and continue baking for 10 – 12 minutes. Serve immediately. Deep Fryer (It is recommended when using this cooking method to use non-hydrogenated liquid cooking oil): Preheat cooking oil to 350 degrees F. Fill basket 1/2 full (1/2 level) with frozen fries, deep fry 6 – 7 minutes. Spread on absorbent paper. Serve immediately. Caution (for oil preparation methods): Ice crystals may form on frozen food and can cause spattering, when added to hot oil. Add product carefully to hot oil. Note: Cook from frozen state using recommended cook time and temperature. Cook to light golden color. Cooking times vary depending on appliance power. Watch carefully during the final minutes of preparation. Do not overcook! Product must be fully cooked for food safety and quality.
