Each cloth can absorb up to 20 times its own weight in water. Why use If You Care Sponge Cloths? Cleaning. There is no more effective absorbent cloth for cleaning. It absorbs easily and releases liquids with a simple wring. It is durable, tear-resistant, reusable over and over, and can be machine washed in water up to 190 degrees F (88 degrees C), up to 300 times. The Environment.
