Pumfu (Organic Pumpkin Seeds & Filtered Water), Tapioca Starch, Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Tomato Paste, Molasses, Sunflower Oil, Spices, Sea Salt.
Directions
How to Prepare: Stove Top (Preferred Method) - heat skillet on medium flame and add a small amount of oil or use a non stick pan. Open plastic bag, crumble contents into skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until warm, stirring to break up crumbles. Microwave: Open plastic bag and crumble contents into a microwave safe dish. Cook for 30 seconds, stir and cook for an additional 30 seconds if needed. Cooking times may vary. Pro Tip: For applications like pizza or lasagna that will be baked there is no need to pre-cook as this can cause crumbles to become dry.
