Directions
Italian Salad Dressing: Prep time: 5 minutes. Makes 1 1/4 cups. You will need 1 pkg. : mccormick seasoning mix 3/4 cup: vegetable or olive oil 1/4 cup :white wine vinegar or white balsamic vinegar 1/4 cup: water. Directions: Mix oil, vinegar, water and seasoning mix in medium bowl with wire whisk. 2 cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Whisk dressing before serving. Baked Italian Chicken Brush: 1 1/2 lbs. Boneless chicken breasts or thighs with 1 tbsp. Oil. Coat chicken evenly with seasoning mix. Place on large foil-lined baking pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray. Bake in preheated 400 degrees f oven 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese if desired.
Kitchen Tips: Prepare Italian Salad Dressing as directed. Use as a marinade for chicken, steak or pork. Drizzle potatoes or veggies with oil and toss with Seasoning Mix before roasting.
