Crab Dip: 1 lb. Crab meat. 2-8 oz. Cream cheese. 2 Cups shredded cheddar cheese (1-1/2 recipe and 1/2 top). 1 Cup sour cream. 6 tbsp. Mayonnaise. 1/2 tsp. Old bay seasoning. 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce. Juice 1/2 fresh lemon or concentrate. Mix all ingredients except crab meat. Gently fold in crab meat. Coat baking dish with baking spray and bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes. 5 minutes before done, sprinkle top with remaining 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar.
