The Way We've Always Done It. Our Chicken Parmesan is an old family classic made with medallions of white meat chicken breast, breaded with authentic Italian-style breadcrumbs. We place the chicken on 100% semolina spaghetti, cover it with Mom's vine-ripened tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, and finish it all off with a sprinkle of imported Romano cheese. Directions
Cooking Instructions: Microwave Oven: Microwave cooking instructions based on 1100W appliance. For 1250W microwaves reduce cooking time. Remove entree from carton, place on a microwave-safe plate and place in microwave. Cook for 7-10 minutes. Carefully remove film, let stand for 5 mins. before serving. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 400F. Remove entree from carton, place tray on cookie sheet (for added support) on center rack (at least 6"-8" from heating elements). Leave film on during cooking. Bake 35-45 minutes. Remove from oven on cookie sheet (for added support). Carefully remove film and let stand 5 minutes before serving. Cooking Instructions: Do not cook in toaster ovens. Due to variations in all ovens, cooking times and/or temperature may require adjustment.
Do not thaw. Keep frozen until ready to use.
Cook thoroughly. For safety, must be cooked to an internal temperature of 160F as measured by use of a thermometer.
