Keep refrigerated. Not preserved - keep refrigerated below 40 degrees F at all times. Preparation: For best results. Pan Fry: Place bacon slices in a cold frying pan and cook over medium - high heat to desired crispness. Turn periodically. Drain on paper towel and then enjoy. Microwave: Place slices on paper towels on microwavable plate. Cover with paper towel. Microwave on high to desired crispness: 2 slices - 1.5 to 2.5 minutes; 4 slices - 2.5 to 3.5 minutes.
