Directions

Just cut open the pouch, toss into a pan or microwave, and voila: a complete veggie-full meal! Cooking Instructions: 1200 watts. Ready in only 4 - 5 minutes. Open the bag and pour the entire frozen content into a microwave-safe bowl. Cover and microwave on high for 4 - 5 minutes. Remove cover and let sit for 30 seconds before serving.
