    I have struggled using so many different brands of vitamin C serums, such as Drunk Elephant. They have just been unbearably sticky and terrible under makeup. Even using them at night I didn’t see a difference with my skin. This oil has changed the game for me! It’s a very unique oil; it doesn’t spread like you’d expect and absorbs quickly. Definitely be cautious of using too much, because then it doesn’t work as well. It does leave a bit of an orange cast to my pale skin, but it’s not obvious under makeup. Typically, I use this at night but it works just fine during the day. There is a noticeable glow to my skin when I use this and haven’t had issues with my sensitive skin. The price is steep, but worth it. I did get it in my Allure subscription box, and will repurchase when I run out.

My dark spots are lighter, and my skin has little to no texture. I used this every night and the morning I wasn't going to wear make up for 4 weeks straight. I went from needing a full coverage matte foundation, to now wearing no make up. The days/nights I want to glam up, I've even started to use a light coverage foundation.     This oil is one of the best skincare products I’ve tried in the past few years, or possibly ever. I have sensitive, acne-prone skin—basically anything can inflame it—so always worry about ending up with a breakout after trying a new product, especially an oil. This oil does the opposite—it visibly calms down any inflammation on my face overnight, and works miracles with scarring and redness in a very short time. It absorbs pretty fast, so you I am not left with a shiny face for the entire day, and feels hydrating. I’ve used both in the morning and in the evening, and works fine under make-up as well. Would hands down recommend to anyone who has trouble with breakouts or redness.

    I’ve read many reviews before buying it, and was really excited about trying it out. One of the reviews mentions the fact that many good reviews were written by the company itself. I checked online, and it turned out to be true. I didn’t let it get to me since I like their products, at least the ones I’ve tried so far. I decided that I’m gonna form my own opinion once I received it. When I finally got it and tried it I was on the fence: the oil was on the thicker side and my face felt greasy and It kept sweating. I wrote it off to a hot weather conditions, and decided to give it a few more tries before I write the review. My final verdict: this oil might be better in fall. I still think it’s too thick and too greasy. My skin doesn’t feel supple in the morning, instead it feels oily as if I put lard on it. I didn’t notice any positive transformations or changes in my skin either, in other words it didn’t do anything for me. I will not be ordering it anymore.

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I initially got a trail size and ended up buying the biggest size because it is that GOOD. I’m 37 and I haven’t done the best job with taking care of my skin. My old routine consisted of BB cream and SPF. That’s it! Well over the years, I’ve developed a few stubborn dark spots from sun exposure, and nothing I tried worked or didn’t work fast enough for me to want to spend time putting it on. When I got the trial size of this, I started using it only on my cheeks, dark spots, and some scars I had from pimples. After a couple of days, I noticed everything was lightening up. My cheeks looked so smooth and felt so good too. Then I started to use it all over my face. After a week, I definitely noticed a huge change in the appearance of my skin. I ordered the biggest bottle because now I use it at night after the A+ serum and in the morning after I use the Good Genes treatment. Yes, I bought all three products because this line has worked wonders on my skin! My dark spots are almost gone. My skin is brighter and more even toned. My face actually looks dewy, rather than oily. It started with a trial size, then into 3 full size products, and now I’m extra broke haha. They weren’t kidding when they said your face is your biggest investment. This has been the best my face has looked since my mid 20s. I’ve never felt so comfortable or confident to rock my bare face.

    More and more I am replacing all my D.E. with Sunday Reilly.I can't think of one product that has disappointed me, and this oil is no exception! I have combination skin (wrinkles and occasional acne) and this seems to calm both down. It also leaves my complexion brighter and less dull and patchy. Give it a try, it won't disappoint! I should say that I received this in a monthly beauty box, but I will definitely be buying this when I run out.

    Really really wanted to like it from seeing all the great reviews on here but sadly it didn't work for me. The next day I woke up with 6 new pimples and that was the only thing I changed in my routine. I'm currently wearing pimples patches to try to reverse the damage. If you are prone to acne, stay away! Had gotten my face to a good clean place and now I'm having to fix it all over again.

    I love this stuff! I use it in the morning and at night, I always wake up with glowing hydrated skin and it just looks so good, I definitely notice a difference in how bright and clear my skin looks. For those saying it doesn’t absorb- generally when using a face oil if you rub it into your skin it isn’t not going to absorb all that well. The best way to apply a face oil for maximum absorption so you pat it into your skin much like you would a facial essence. If you attempt for rub it into your skin like you would a cream it’s most likely just going to sit on top of your skin. Hope this helps!

    I have oily / combo but sensitive skin thanks to aging and having twins. My skin looks good for my age but is starting to show signs of aging. It can get dry and flakey while still being oily. Thanks hormones. Anyway. This oil is amazing for my skin. I got it as a sample size in my skin care grab bag. Didn't think much of it as I don't really like the other Sunday oils for me. Too heavy or just not enough change to see spending so much on them. Anyway I tried this in place of my Mario badescu c oil because that wasn't doing it's thing for me either. I put this oil on on top of my algenist collagen serum and oh my gosh. My skin was glowing. I did this at night and woke up and still was hydrated and glowing. No weird skin so I decided to do it with my day routine and man let me tell you. My makeup went on and looked so good. I used more of a matte makeup with it that can be too drying for me. But not when I used this oil. It worked great with Anastasia foundation and tart shapetape concealers. With both of those I normally use 2 hydrating primers to counter the dryness and seperation ( thank you oily skin) can get when I wear them. This oil helped keep it together and was lighter feeling then 2 primers I use. I only had to use 1 primer- Laura Mercier radiance. Anyway this oil absorbed much more quickly than the other Sunday oils and the Mario badescu c oil. It absorbed but still left my skin hydrated without leaving the oil sitting on my skin for days. I wouldn't use it alone. Definitely use a boosting serum under it. If not the algenist collegan, then good genes by Sunday. Hope this helps.

    I received this as a sample and I am glad I did. I do not normally use face oil or serums because I have combination skin with a generally oily (or shiny rather) T-Zone. Because of that I tend to stay away from oily products. This product, however, was a pleasant surprise. I used my fingertips to apply the oil to my face, neck and décolletage area (oui, oui *french chef laugh*) and I continued with other parts of my regimen allowing time for this to absorb. The product absorbed pretty quickly, leaving a soft almost powdery feel to my skin with no residue. I had no extra shine, I felt no extra oil, and I applied my regular moisturizer (Fresh's Rose Moisturizer) to my face. Even throughout the day I couldn't help admiring how nice and soft my skin felt! I knocked one star off because I'm not a big fan of the scent. If you have ever used tumeric, you know what it smells like, and yup this smells like tumeric. Although I may not use this everyday, I will be adding this in the rotation for sure. Thankfully the sample I received will last me a while.

    I usually dont write reviews but wanted to for this one. Ive tried several other vitamin c face oils but think this is defintely one of the better ones. It depends on what you're looking for. First, this does have a strong smell, so if you're sensitive to that this may not be for you. I will hold my breath when putting it on and then put on my moisturizer. The smell lasts a couple of seconds, maybe a minute or so. Second, it does seem oily when you first put it on but absorbs into the skin within a minute or so as well. Now for the good. It truly evens out your skin and gives you a subtle glow. I have noticed how much my skin has changed, it looks so much healthier and looks as if I was wearing make up (no cover up, nothing) well into the evening! I have combination skin and tend to either over dry in some areas and oily in others, this has gotten rid of that! I love it and will continue to use! If it wasnt for the initial smell I would give it 5 stars

    I hardly ever write reviews but feel like I have to for this product. My skin type is combination - I do not have acne but do get clogged pores if I’m not using the right products for my face. I tried this CEO GLOW because I wanted to experiment with face oils (I’ve been afraid of oil my entire life, but people keep telling me that it’s a good thing, especially for oily prone skin) and I liked that it had Vitamin C. Prior to using this product I went on a skin care products “cleanse” - I didn’t use anything on my face other than cleanser, toner, and moisturizer (I took out all the other products I was using, including a Vitamin C serum, an AHA BHA exfoliant, etc). I’ve used the product for two weeks now and I have developed enormous, painful, cystic acne. I have not had pimples like this since I was in high school (I’m 30 now). I don’t usually wear makeup on a daily basis but now have to because the pimples are that bad. I am returning this right away and it’s going to take weeks for my skin to return to some semblance of normality. I remain afraid of oils.

    I received this in an allure box. I really love it - my acne and dark spots have improved. Turmeric is a great anti-inflammatory. It has a slightly weird smell so I mix 1-2 drops into my moisturizer which helps with the smell and also helps it to absorb a little quicker.

    I've been using this for a month and I actually see major difference. I have hormonal acne and redness on cheeks (almost like rosacea). I broke out pretty badly around the eyebrow area and forehead. But ever since I use this, my acne is more controable and definetely less-visible. My acne-scar also start dissapearing. I notice that my skin-tone has become more even and i look less like an elf lol. I apply the oil before applying moisturizer, it improves my skin texture left my skin feeling so soft, plump, and moisturize!

    I received this item in my January Allure beauty box and was excited to get it after receiving the CEO Glow serum in last January's box. The smell took a little betting used to but really, I don't mind it. I haven't noticed major changes using this but my skin does seem a little brighter. Many have mentioned it doesn't absorb that well but that hasn't been my experience. I mix it with serum and it absorbs just fine.
