Directions

Bake: All You Need to Make 4-6 Servings

1 to 1-1/2 pounds boneless pork chops, boneless, skinless chicken breasts, or white fish (such as tilapia or cod)

1 large egg

Half of the coating mix (about 3/4 cup) or about 3 tablespoons per piece

All You Do

Preheat oven to 350 Degrees F for boneless pork chops, 400 Degrees F for boneless chicken breasts or 350 Degrees F for white fish.

Beat egg in shallow bowl with fork. Place coating mix in separate shallow bowl.

Dip pork, chicken, or fish one piece at a time, in beaten egg; allow excess to drip off. Next, dip in coating mix, covering both sides.

Place coated piece on ungreased rimmed baking sheet.

Sprinkle any remaining mix on top. Discard any remaining egg and coating mix.

Bake 15-20 minutes for boneless pork chops (145 Degrees F internal temperature).

Bake 20-25 minutes for boneless chicken breasts (165 Degrees F internal temperature).

Bake 15-20 minutes for white fish (until fish flakes with fork).

Do not cover or turn during cooking.
