Dial up your energy & aminos. Two scoops = one serving. 2 scoops; mild energy level; 5 grams amino level; 100 mg caffeine. 4 scoops; moderate energy level; 10 grams amino level; 200 mg caffeine. 6 scoops; intense energy level; 15 grams amino level; 300 mg caffeine.
