Pork-free. No nitrites/nitrates added (Except hose naturally occurring in sea salt and cultured celery powder). Only made with real food. Chicken raised with vegetarian feed. No antibiotics. No hormones (Federal regulations prohibit the use of hormones in poultry). All the right ingredients since 1992. New. Natural wood. Hickory smoked. Chopped & formed. No nitrites or nitrates added, except for those naturally occurring in cultured celery powder & sea salt. Amylu loves bacon but she wanted to feel better about eating it. That's why she worked in her kitchen to create this delicious uncured chicken bacon. It's full of flavor and is made from simple, real ingredients, inclduing vegetarian-fed chicken that's been raised without antibiotics. We think you'll agree it's the best uncured chicken bacon ever!

Chicken Raised Without Antibiotics, Water, Contains 2% Or Less Of: Cracked Black Pepper, Spices, Sea Salt, Cultured Celery Powder, Vinegar, Onion Powder, Soluble Red Pepper (salt, Extractives Of Red Pepper).
Directions
Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Some food products may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly. For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
Heat & eat. Stove Top: Pan-fry slices on medium to heat until brown & crispy, turning to cook evenly. Oven: Arrange slices in single layer on baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 14-17 minutes or until browned and crispy. Arrange slices in a single layer between paper towels. Microwave on high for approximately 1 minute per slice.
Not preserved keep refrigerated below 40 degrees F at all times.
