Enriched Wheat Flour [flour, Malted Barley Flour, Reduced Iron, Niacin, Thiamin Mononitrate (vitamin B1), Riboflavin (vitamin B2), Folic Acid], Water, Yeast, Sugar, Salt, Soybean Oil, Wheat Gluten, Fermented Wheat Flour, Calcium Propionate (preservative), Monoglycerides, Fumaric Acid, Sodium Diacetate, Soy Lecithin, Lactic Acid.
Turkey provolone & basil pesto panini what you will need: 8 slices francisco bread 3/4 cup prepared basil pesto 8 thin slices of roasted turkey 8 slices provolone cheese olive oil cooking spray spread pesto on one slice of bread and layer 2 slices of turkey, 2 slices of cheese, and top with second bread slice. spray each side of sandwich with olive oil cooking spray. place in pre-heated panini maker and cook for about 1 to 2 minutes or until golden brown. allow to stand for 2 minutes and slice in-half. repeat process. cook's notes: you can substitute beef for the turkey, and use cheddar or muenster cheese instead of provolone for an interesting twist. for a vegetarian version, replace the turkey with grilled vegetables, such as bell peppers, asparagus, zucchini, artichoke hearts, and use havarti, gouda, or jarlsberg cheese. be creative and enjoy! tip: for a quick and easy basil pesto, blend in a food processor for 20 seconds; 1 cup fresh basil leaves, 1 clove garlic peeled, 2 tablespoons each of grated parmesan cheese, pine nuts (optional) and olive oil - salt and pepper to taste. makes about 1/3 cup pesto. makes 4 servings. preparation time: 8 min. cooking time: 8 min.
