Filling Ingredients: Heirloom Tomatoes With Basil (peeled Tomatoes, Tomato Juice Basil, Citric Acid), Tomatoes (tomatoes, Tomato Juice, Citric Acid, Calcium Chloride), Mozzarella Cheese (pasteurized Part Skim Milk, Cheese Cultures, Salt, Vinegar, Enzymes), Corn Starch, Ricotta Cheese (milk, Vinegar, Salt And Xanthan Gum, Locust Bean Gum, Guar Gum [stabilizers]), Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Salt, Basil, Dehydrated Onion, Spices. Dough Ingredients: Extra Fancy Durum Flour, Semolina Flour, Egg, Water.
Directions
Keep refrigerated. Cook thoroughly. Cook ravioli thoroughly before serving. Add ravioli to 4 quarts of boiling water. Stir immediately. Boil gently for 4 to 5 minutes or until desired tenderness is achieved. If frozen, do not thaw, add 1 to 2 minutes to cooking time. Scoop ravioli out of water and strain to avoid breaking. Toss with olive oil. Serve with your favorite sauce. Refrigerate leftovers immediately. Packet must be refrigerated and used before expiration date. Package can be frozen for up to one month to extend shelf life.
