What You Will Need: non-stick pan with lid; tongs; measuring cup; salt and pepper; microwave. Cooking Instructions: 1. Heat non-stick pan over medium high heat. 2. Open meatball packages and place meatballs in heated pan. 3. Add a 1/2 cup of water and bring to a simmer, cover pan with a lid. 4. Let simmer for about 4 minutes. Remove lid and scoot meatballs to one side of the pan. 5. Add spinach and dust with salt and pepper. Place lid back on pan and reduce heat. 6. Place pasta pouch in microwave to thoroughly heat the pasta (2 minutes). 7. Remove the pasta from microwave and split between two bowls. Using tongs, place the meatballs and wilted spinach over pasta. Optional (not included in the kit) - garnish with sahved parmesan, red chili flakes or fresh chopped basil. Cook times may vary - heat all product to 165 degrees F or higher.
