Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
Cooking Instructions: Skillet: Cook frozen patties in a single layer in a non stick or lightly oiled skillet over medium heat until well browned on each side and the internal temperature registers 165 degrees Fahrenheit, about 6 minutes per side. Grill: Preheat grill. Place frozen patties in a single layer, grill until well browned on each side and the internal temperature registers 165 degrees Fahrenheit about 6 minutes per side. Oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Place frozen patties in a single layer on a cookie sheet that is well oiled.
