Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
Stove Top: Place frozen burger in preheated skillet and cook one side until juices come through. Turn burger and continue cooking second side until done (160 degrees F internal temperature). Grill: Cook frozen burger on grill over white-hot coals on first side until juices come through. Turn burger and continue cooking second side until done (160 degrees F internal temperature). Broiler: Cook frozen burger in preheated broiler on first side until brown. Turn burger and continue cooking second side until done (160 degrees F internal temperature). Cooking Instructions: Keep frozen until ready to use. Cook until internal temperature has reached 160 degrees F. Caution: Watch burgers carefully, charring may occur. Rotate pan and/or burgers as necessary. Note: gas grills and broilers vary; adjust rack position and heat setting if necessary. Refrigerate any leftovers.
