10 min crisp in skillet. Skillet (Recommended): 1. Remove carnitas from packaging and place in a hot pan over medium heat. 2. As the carnitas warm, they will begin to naturally fall apart. 3. Continue to fry until the carnitas reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F and reach your devour! desired crispiness, and then Note: Our carnitas come packed with its own juices. We recommend draining and saving the juices before heating and then topping off the carnitas with them for extra flavor! Air Fryer: 1. Remove carnitas from sous-vide packaging, break it into small pieces, and then place it in the air fryer basket. 2. Set temperature to 390 degrees F and time to 10 minutes. Press start button. 3. After 5 minutes of cooking, take air fryer basket out and shake. 4. Place basket back into air fryer & continue cook process until cook time is up. 5. After cooking is done, carefully remove the carnitas from the air fryer basket. 6. Let it sit for 2 minutes and enjoy! Microwave: 1. Remove carnitas from the box and keep carnitas in the sous vide pouch. Place carnitas on a microwave-safe dish, heat for 90 seconds on high. 2. Rotate the pouch 1/2 turn and puncture three small holes in it and cover with a paper towel. 3. Heat again in microwave for 3 more minutes on high until carnitas reach internal temperature of 165 degrees F. 4. Let stand for 2 minutes and enjoy! Please note microwaves vary in strength.
