Heating Instructions: Microwave: Remove sleeve from tray. Puncture several holes in the film pouch and leave in tray. Microwave on high heat for 2-3 minutes or until hot and ready to serve. Product is already fully cooked. Cautions: Tray and product will be hot! Microwave oven wattage varies. Adjust cooking time as needed. Stated time is for a 1200 watt microwave oven. Oven: Do not use tray in oven. Pre-heat oven to 350 degree F. Remove outer sleeve and tray. Open inner pouch and empty product into your oven safe pan. Cover your pan with foil. Place your pan in the oven and heat for 12 to 15 minutes or until the product is hot & ready to serve. Caution your pan and product will be hot. Frozen: Product may be frozen. To defrost, place in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours. Then follow warming instructions above. Use product within 3 days of defrost.
